Samar Dutta

Mr. Samar Dutta is a commercial artist who was instrumental in designing prestigious SAIL and Coal India, NTPC pavilions at Pragati Maidan Delhi and elsewhere; he is a prominent figure in the New Delhi Creative Art circa, his design ideas are incorporated by the Govt and Industry at various levels. Having graduated with a first class degree from the prestigious Government Art College in West Bengal in the 60s, his art is a blend of Bengal styles of Jamini Roy with a modern rendition of graphic architecture with an underlying poetic fervour that comes from the heart than the head.
